The actual effort to transition the application is less than a day! However, the duration of the process depends on how quickly you can complete pre-transition training and ready your team for the changes. Our approach is to help you manage the change and be prepared for it, rather than a “lights out” approach. You should plan for transitioning over a few weeks from the time you express interest, depending on the scale and pace that your organization is ready.
Will my existing database, assets, campaigns and related data be transitioned?
All your current active assets, campaigns and data will be transitioned. Your CRM integration will remain as is and does need not be changed.
